How long does a typical installation take?

How do you seal the windows against the Texas heat?
We use Bostik Duo-Sil caulk and caulk directly to the brick or exterior siding/trim, applying low-expansion spray foam only when installation gaps exceed 1/8 inch.
Who is responsible for permits?
Per our straightforward contract terms, customers are responsible for securing any necessary local municipal or HOA permits. If you ain't worried about it I ain't.
What are your payment terms?
We offer financing if needed but I perfer to keep it simple with two equal milestones: 50% due upon contract signing to order your custom windows, and the final 50% balance collected only after complete installation and final walkthrough satisfaction.
How is sheetrock handled during installation?
We repair and paint sheetrock only if damage occurs accidentally due to crew members during the install process. Pre-existing soft, damaged, or rotten wood/sheetrock is excluded.
